Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via email at sales@natasha-awuku.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that there are no refunds on commissioned or customised artwork, framed prints, or digital purchases.
Return Conditions
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased. We recommend that you package the item in the same packaging as it arrived in to avoid damage in transit.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions to Refunds
There are no refunds on commissioned or customised artwork, framed prints, or digital purchases.
Digital Purchases: If you do not receive your digital product, or the files are corrupted or incomplete, contact us at sales@natasha-awuku.com within 14 days. We will work to find a resolution, and if a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be given. Click here for more information on digital purchases.
Import and Customs Fees: We will not refund any incurred import or customs fees.
Inspection Upon Receipt: We advise you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@natasha-awuku.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to process the exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will begin the refund process.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once this process has been completed.
