We deliver worldwide. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery options. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days within the UK, and 12-16 business days for international orders.

Expedited Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within the UK, and 5-7 business days for international orders.

Delivery Charges

Domestic (UK): Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the purchase unless stated otherwise.

International: Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that additional import and customs fees may apply for international deliveries.

Import and Customs Fees

Customers outside the UK may encounter import and customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we will not provide a refunds on any incurred import fees.

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds on digital products. If you do not receive your digital product, please email us at sales@natasha-awuku.com. We will work to find a solution, and if a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be given.

Non-Receipt of Orders

If you haven't received your order please email us at sales@natasha-awuku.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please be aware orders can take up to 20 days to arrive. We will investigate promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
