Do you ship worldwide?

Yes you can receive your order from anywhere in the world. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import fees.

how long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Expect UK deliveries to take 7-10 working days. Worldwide orders can take between 10-14 days depending on location. Please conact sales@natasha-awuku.com if you have not received your order after 30 days.

What shall I do if I haven’t received my order?

Most orders will be confirmed with email updates and a tracking number. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please email sales@natasha-awuku.com with your order number.

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?

We hope that you enjoy your order however if you have changed your mind, you can receive a refund within 14 days of delivery subject to physical items being in a unopened or saleable condition. You will need to pay the delivery chrged for the return of the items. It is recommended that you receive a proof of return receipt whne sending items back?
