To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via email at sales@natasha-awuku.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that there are no refunds on commissioned or customised artwork, as well as framed prints.

**2. Return Conditions**

- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased.

- The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend that you package the item in the same packaging as it arrived in to avoid damage in transit.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

**3. Exceptions to Refunds**

- There are no refunds on commissioned or customised artwork, as well as framed prints.

- We advise you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- We recommend that you package the item in the same packaging as it arrived in to avoid damage in transit.

**4. Exchange Process**

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to process the exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**5. Refund Process**

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will begin the refund process.

- Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
